Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hind Dukan. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Once your order is processed, it is sent to our suppliers for dispatch.

2. Delivery Estimates

Because we source our products directly from manufacturers and top-rated suppliers to provide you with the best prices, shipping times may vary:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 10 working days across India.

  • Note: In some cases, such as high demand, remote locations, or festive seasons, delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

3. Multiple Shipments

Since we work with multiple specialized suppliers, if you order more than one item, they may be shipped separately. You might receive one part of your order before the other. Do not worry; the rest of your items are on their way!

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (Optional: If you offer free shipping, you can mention: "We are currently offering FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders.")

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via Email or WhatsApp. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive the link.

6. Wrong Address & Delivery Failure

  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are 100% accurate. Hind Dukan is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us/our supplier due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, a re-shipping fee may apply.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please take a photo or record an unboxing video immediately. This is required for us to process a claim with our logistics partner.
