Return and Refund Policy

At Hind Dukan, we act as a curated marketplace. Because we ship products directly from our trusted suppliers to you, we have a specific set of rules for returns and refunds to ensure a smooth process.

1. Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy. You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your package. After 3 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect against fraudulent claims and to provide proof to our suppliers, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must be clear and show the package being opened for the first time.
It must clearly show the shipping label and any damage or defects.
Without a proper unboxing video, Hind Dukan reserves the right to reject the return/refund request.

3. Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are only accepted if:

The product is physically damaged upon arrival.
The product is defective or not working.
You received the wrong item (wrong size/color/model).

Note: We do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" or if the customer no longer wants the product.

4. Return Process & Address

IMPORTANT: Do not send the product back to the address mentioned on the shipping label. That is the supplier's warehouse and they may not be able to process your return.

Our team will provide you with the correct warehouse address for the return.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the item was received damaged.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by the supplier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
For COD orders, we will require your bank/UPI details for the transfer.

6. Order Cancellations

Since we process orders quickly with our suppliers, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
