Return and Refund Policy

At Hind Dukan, we value the trust you place in us. To ensure a transparent shopping experience, we have outlined our Return and Refund policy below.

1. The 3-Day Return Window

  • We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

  • If 3 days have passed since the delivery of your package, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and unworn).

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • You must provide the Order ID or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Skincare & Personal Care: Any opened or used products from The Woman’s Hub or The Men’s Shop cannot be returned.

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or using a special "Flash Sale" discount are generally non-returnable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:

  2. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you first open your parcel. This helps us process your claim much faster.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 1: Message us on WhatsApp (+91 9229521630) or email Hinddukan@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos/videos of the product.

  • Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will guide you on the return shipping process.

  • Step 3: After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

6. Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD returns, we will initiate a refund via UPI (GPay/PhonePe) or Bank Transfer after receiving your details.

  • Note: Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
