  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at Hind Dukan.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are expected to be available at the provided address to receive the package. Frequent cancellations of COD orders may result in a permanent ban from our store.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to deliver products across India as fast as possible.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or courier delays.

  • Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or Email.

5. Returns and Refunds (The 3-Day Rule)

  • Return Period: Our return and exchange policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Certain items like opened skincare/beauty products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

6. User Comments and Feedback

  • If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or testimonials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them.

  • These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of Maharashtra.
