3. Product Information and Pricing

Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item.
Supplier Variance: Since products are sourced from different suppliers, packaging or minor design elements may vary slightly from the images shown.

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your shipping information (Name, Address, Phone Number) will be shared with our third-party suppliers to fulfill your delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to supplier and courier performance.

5. Limitations of Liability

Hind Dukan acts as a facilitator between the customer and the supplier. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of products purchased through our site. Any product warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer/supplier and not by Hind Dukan.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You are prohibited from:

7. Cancellations and Modifications

Orders are sent to our suppliers immediately. Therefore, cancellations or modifications can only be requested within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
